We hired Chef Wayne for our 4th of July party and the food and experience was beyond perfect. We got to sit back and relax all day and not have to worry about cooking. Wayne showed up on time and finished preparing the food we had ordered. It was delicious, and with lots of leftovers. Our guests we're incredibly impressed. I would highly recommend using Wayne for any private functions and will definitely be using him again!

I'm an EA to a CEO and I booked chef Wayne for a group of 8 execs that rented a villa for a couple of nights in Palm Springs. I was happy choosing him and his team from other reviews I'd seen and then was 100% sure I'd struck gold when I started communicating with him and his wife on the food options and crafting not only an evening meal but also a hot breakfast and a lunch for the day after. Nothing was too much trouble, it was a great collaboration, not any chef snobbery, good food done well, with a lot of demand on our end from additional things needed - from sending chef into a home we didn't know the layout or contents of to the next day meals he brought over. I asked if he could do a breakfast and leave it the night before, he said yes, but didn't leave it, he did the additional travel to and fro and arrived with it fresh and hot the next morning. Those things make a difference. The price was more than reasonable and the group wanted to give the chef a generous tip and had no complaints so although I didn't eat the food, I crafted the menu alongside the chef and asked all the demands and had a good experience dealing with him and his wife beforehand. I know they also turned up on time, with everything needed. Me getting no negative feedback was a big tick from me. I'd use Chef Wayne again in a heartbeat.
Chef Wayne provided 3 top-notch dinners and 1 brunch during our group’s stay in La Quinta. He was personable, happy to answer questions, and willing to customize dishes to our liking. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were extremely generous. An outstanding dining experience all around, highly recommend!

We had chef Wayne & his beautiful wife serve for 7 of us for our private elopement! The food was top notch. We opted for the steak for the entree and it tasted so good. There were lots of leftovers too for our family to eat the next day. Highly recommend!
We are so happy that we went with Chef Wayne to celebrate my birthday dinner in Palm Springs! Everything from start to finish was super easy and he curated something that was so special for us. Chef started us with a caprese bruschetta drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. The mozzarella and basil were so fresh! Our first course was crab cakes with an avocado tartar - possibly the best crab cakes I’ve ever had, they were incredible! For our main course Chef grilled Striploin steaks with a special rub that he does - flavour was also incredible and cooked perfectly. Veggies and the potato au gratin were also delicious. Chef left a ton of leftovers for us as well, so we’re able to cook up the veggies and potatoes for breakfast the next morning. Lastly, Chef had a specialty birthday cake made for me! It was a perfect dinner, and so nice to not have to lift a finger - he also cleaned the entire kitchen so we could relax and sip wine by the fire after he left. Thank you for making our weekend! Jenn was so wonderful to work with while planning the menu and made coordinating super easy! Thanks again!
We used Chef Wayne and Rose for my best friend and husband’s 40th birthday in Palm Springs. This was all of our first time having someone cook for us and everyone loved this experience. From the start to finish, Chef Wayne was easy to work with, wanting to make sure he covered everything you wanted. The food was amazing and lots of leftovers for the next day! We had an amazing experience, definitely if you are in the area try them out!
